TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLASSES
If you need to reschedule a class for any reason, we ask that you do so no later than 48 hours before the session, and we can move you over to an alternative date.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for booked classes and if you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the session you will not be able to attend an alternative session as preparations will have been made for you in advance.
If, in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your class (if the tutor is unwell, or if you are the only person booked on the class) we will offer the option of a full refund, or the opportunity to move to an alternative session.
We make every effort not to cancel classes, but some of the sessions cannot be run with less than two people so on occasion it is unavoidable.
